Director Profiles Keith Sanger FRICS FCIOB FCIArb – Managing Director Keith has been working in the construction industry since 1967. As well as being a Fellow of the RICS he is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. The first phase of his career saw him acting for contractors including Trollope & Coles (part of the Trafalgar House Group), Miller Buckley and was Regional Surveyor for Brims (a major player in the Southampton area). He also acted as liaison officer for the Hythe Marina Development in the mid-80s. In 1988, he established Keith Sanger Associates. Through his experience acting as the both the client’s and the contractor’s representative, Keith is able to offer a scarcely found understanding of both perspectives in the construction process. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has also acted in dispute resolution on behalf of the Citizen’s Advice Bureau. Lee Sanger ARICS A co-founding director of Keith Sanger Associates, Lee began his career in the early 1970s, working in the architectural discipline for the Government’s Property Services Agency. Having qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor he then, in the mid-1980s, he took up a position with Drews, a large building surveying practice in Central London. |
